摘要
董廷瑶先生在多年的临床实践中不断继承和创新,其"推理论病、推理论治"等学术思想和丰富的临床经验,为中医儿科的发展作出了很大的贡献.文章列举了董廷瑶先生治疗阻塞性黄疸、中毒性菌痢、复发性肠套叠、咽喉麻痹、下肢抽搐、舞蹈病、眉棱骨痛等疑难病案7则,并详细分析了各个病种施治的理、法、方、药,其辨证思路清晰,临床疗效明显,为临床上用中医药治疗疑难杂病开拓了思路.
Abstract
In many years of clinical practice,Mr.DONG Tingyao continues to inherit and innovate,and his academic thoughts such as'theorizing disease,reasoning treatment'and rich clinical experience have made great contributions to the development of TCM pediatrics.The article lists seven difficult medical cases of Mr.DONG Tingyao's treatment of obstructive jaundice,toxic bacillary dysentery,recurrent intussusception,Pharyngeal paralysis,lower extremity tic,chorea,algia and other difficult diseases,and analyzed in detail the principles,methods,formulas and drugs for the treatment of each disease.The syndrome differentiation was clear and the clinical effect was obvious,which opened up ideas for the clinical treatment of difficult diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.
