王乐甸出生于"新安王氏医学"世家,成长于古徽州钟灵毓秀之地,自幼继承家宗,先后随父亲王季翔、伯父王仲奇、堂兄王广仁学医,且对张仲景、陆九芝、尤在泾、叶天士、薛生白、吴鞠通、王孟英、柳宝诒等各家医学悉心研究,对温病学有着深厚的理论造诣和临证见解.王老提出伤寒学为根,温病学为叶,学术体系上寒温根叶相连,临证倡导寒温并重并用,诊治温病擅辨明"邪机"所在,注重疏动气机予邪出路,还充分发挥吴鞠通"顾护阴液为第一要义"之论,治温热病时强调护阴泄热,治湿热病时注重分消上下,遣方用药承新安王氏家风,以"慎""轻""巧"见长,至精至专,择效而从.文章梳理总结了王乐甸教授辨治温病的学术思想与临证经验,启示后学.
Analysis of WANG Letao's academic thoughts on febrile diseases caused by Xin'an WANGs'medicine
WANG Letao was born in the family of'Xin'an WANGs'Medicine',and grew up in Zhong Ling,an ancient Huizhou.He inherited his family since childhood,and studied medicine with his father WANG Jixiang,his uncle WANG Zhongqi and his cousin WANG Guangren,and made careful research on ZHANG Zhongjing,LU Jiuzhi,YOU Zaijing,YE Tianshi,XUE Shengbai,WU Jutong,WANG Mengying,LIU Baodi and other medical sciences.Professor WANG put forward that the theory of typhoid fever is the root,the theory of febrile diseases is the leaf,and the roots and leaves of cold and warm diseases are connected in the academic system.He advocated that both cold and warm diseases should be paid equal attention to in clinical practice.He was good at identifying the'evil mechanism'in the diagnosis and treatment of febrile diseases,and paid attention to relaxing the qi to give the evil way out.He also gave full play to WU Jutong's theory that'taking care of yin and liquid is the first priority'.emphasizing yin protection and heat release when treating warm diseases,and paying attention to dividing up and down when treating wet fever,and sending prescriptions to inherit the Wang family.This paper combs and summarizes professor WANG Letao's academic thought and clinical experience in treating febrile diseases,which will inspire later studies.
