怒的中医内涵探讨及辨治思路

摘要
张永华教授注重情志,怒的内涵丰富,从病因角度,怒为致病内因;从疾病角度,怒可单独为病;从病证角度,怒为具体证型;从治病角度,怒可胜思胜喜.根据情志辨证的思路,提出怒也可分型论治,可分成暴怒、烦怒、郁怒三型,结合患者平素禀性、言行举止、表情眼神等归纳其情绪特征,并结合其他证候综合辨治.暴怒常系肝火肝风,拟清热泻火,常用龙胆泻肝汤加减;烦怒可由痰火内扰或阴虚火旺所致,予以黄连温胆汤或黄连阿胶汤;郁怒多与气郁化火、痰郁化火相关,方选小柴胡汤、丹栀逍遥散加减.
Abstract
Professor ZHANG Yonghua pays attention to emotion and believes that anger has rich connotations.From the perspective of etiology,anger is the internal cause of disease;from the perspective of disease,anger can be a disease alone;from the perspective of disease syndrome,anger is a specific syndrome;from the perspective of treating diease,anger is better than thought and joy.According to the idea of emotional syndrome differentiation,it is proposed that anger can also be divided into three types:violent anger,irritable anger,and depressed anger,combined with the patients'usual temperament,words and deeds,expressions and eyes to summarize their emotional characteristics,and other syndromes to comprehensively differentiate and treat.Violent anger is often related to liver-fire and liver-wind,which treatment is to eliminate heat and purge fire,commonly used decoction of Gentiana for purging the liver-fire.Irritable ange can be caused by internal disturbance of phlegm and fire or excessive fire due to yin deficiency,so Huanglian Wendan Decoction or Huanglian Ejiao Decoction should be given.Depressed anger is related to qi depression transforming into fire and phlegm depression transforming into fire,which can be treated by Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder.
