"心部于表"理用探析

《黄帝内经》中"心部于表"的理论,仅见于现行《内经选读》教材之中,其他中医理论与临床教材中笔者尚未见涉及.搜索文献也仅见少量相关文章.可见此理论并未受到广泛关注.相反,肺主皮毛、足太阳经主表等理论则被广泛应用.对于"心部于表"、肺主皮毛、足太阳经主表等关系的探讨内容更是鲜见.通过临床实践已证实"心部于表"具有极强的理论价值和临床指导作用.文章从哲学与脏器角度分析了"心部于表"的含义及物质基础.探析了"心部于表"与肺主皮毛、足太阳经主表、肾主外的内在关系与差异,并通过临床实例佐证了"心部于表"在外感病治疗中的实用价值.另外,创新性地以有无神志异常对心包的表里层次进行了划分,为指导临床实践提供了新思路.
Abstract
At present,the theory of'Heart in the surface'in Huangdi Neijing is only found in the current textbook of Selected Readings of Neijing,but not in other TCM theories and clinical textbooks.Searching literature,only a few relevant articles can be found.This theory has not received much attention.On the contrary,theories such as lung main fur and foot sun meridian main surface have been widely used.Through clinical practice,it has been proved that'heart in surface'has strong theoretical value and clinical guidance.This paper analyzed the meaning and material basis of'heart in surface'from philosophy and viscera.The internal relationship and difference between'heart in surface'and the main coat of lung,the main surface of foot sun meridian and the main outside of kidney were analyzed,and the practical value of'heart in surface'in the treatment of exogenous diseases was proved by clinical examples.In addition,this article innovatively divided the pericardium into the outer and inner layers according to whether there is abnormal consciousness,which provided a new idea for guiding clinical practice.
