文章介绍赖新生教授基于通元理论利三焦调膜腠论治黄褐斑经验.赖教授认为,黄褐斑的基本病机是肝、脾、肾三脏功能失调或亏虚,元气不足或元气郁滞、三焦气化不利、营卫失和,致气血逆乱、瘀阻脉络,气血无法上荣于头部而成斑,并指出本病枢机关键在"三焦","利三焦""调膜腠"应贯穿治疗始终,自拟中药"祛斑美颜方",针刺善用"引气归元针法",辅以刺络放血,临床疗效确切.
Abstract
This paper introduces professor LAI Xinsheng's experience in treating chloasma by regulating membrane and adjusting Sanjiao based on Tongyuan theory,Professor LAI believes that the basic pathogenesis of chloasma is dysfunction or deficiency of the liver,spleen and kidney,insufficient or stagnant vitality,unfavorable gasification of the triple energizer,and loss of camp and health,resulting in disorder of qi and blood,blood stasis blocking the vein,and the inability of qi and blood to flourish on the head.It is also pointed out that the key to the cardinal mechanism of this disease is'Sanjiao','benefiting Sanjiao'and'adjusting membrane'should run through the treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine self-made'Freckle Beauty Formula',acupuncture is good at'qi inducing and yuan returning needling',supplemented by pricking collaterals and bleeding,and the clinical effect is accurate.
