经方治疗颈椎病思路探析
Discussion on the treatment of cervical spondylosis by classical prescription

摘要
颈椎病是临床上一种常见病和多发病,属于中医学"痹证""头痛""眩晕"等范畴.对于颈椎病的治疗,经方有着独特的优势,且从古至今已积累了丰富的治疗经验.文章从经方的方证视角出发,通过遴选《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》条文中出现的与颈椎病症状相关的方剂,深入探讨其病机、经络及组方思路,总结出桂枝-麻黄类方、葛根类方、柴胡类方、附子类方、苓桂类方等几大类方,探析如何从经方入手治疗颈椎病.
Abstract
Cervical spondylosis is a common disease and frequently occurring disease,which belong to the category of'arthromyodynia''headache''vertigo'in Chinese medicine.For the treatment of cervical spondylosis,the classical prescription has a unique angle,and has accumulated rich treatment experience since ancient times.In this paper,we select various prescriptions with symptoms related to cervical spondylosis from the perspective of formula-syndrome,attempt to discuss their pathogeneses,channels and ideas of composing prescriptions deeply.The paper sums up several major prescriptions,including similar prescriptions of Guizhi-Mahuang associated prescriptions,Gegen associated prescriptions,Chaihu associated prescriptions,Fuzi associated prescriptions and Linggui associated prescriptions,so as to comprehend ways to treat cervical spondylosis by classical prescription.
