摘要
针感是针灸临床治疗以及科学研究的重要信息,但针感量表不是评价疗效的工具,从侧面反映疗效和评价疗效,二者是有区别的,得气并不是产生临床疗效的唯一途径.针感量表是量化得气的工具,而得气是判断正气盛衰和病情轻重变化,以及取效快慢的重要依据,使用针感量表目的是将得气的现象定性、定量的展现,使其成为临床研究中清晰、可控的研究条件.火针疗法首载于《黄帝内经》,目前常用针感量表多适用于毫针、电针得气感的评价,在量化火针得气感时具有一定的局限性.文章对现有针感量表进行梳理,提出在火针针感评价中存在的问题,通过构建火针针感调查问卷进行调研,初步探索构建与火针疗法特点紧密结合的评价工具的研究方向.
Abstract
Acupuncture sensation is an important information for clinical treatment and scientific research of acupuncture and moxibustion.There are differences between reflecting the curative effect and evaluating the curative effect.Deqi response is not the only way to produce clinical efficacy.Acupuncture sensation scale is a tool for quantifying Deqi response,and Deqi response is an important basis forjudging the rise and fall of positive qi,the change of severity of disease and the speed of taking effect.The purpose of using acupuncture sensation scale is to show the phenomenon of Deqi response qualitatively and quantitatively,so as to make it a clear and controllable research condition in clinical research.Fire needle therapy was first published in the Huangdi Neijing.At present,the commonly used acupuncture sensation scale is only suitable for the evaluation of the Deqi response of filiform needle and electroacupuncture,and has great limitations in quantifying Deqi response of fire needle.This paper combed the existing scale of needle sensation,puts forward the problems in the evaluation of fire needle sensation,and preliminarily explored the research direction of constructing an evaluation tool closely combined with the characteristics of fire needle therapy by constructing a fire needle sensation questionnaire for investigation.
