中药治疗过敏性鼻炎的机制分析

摘要
过敏性鼻炎属于中医"鼻鼽"范畴,主要为免疫球蛋白E介导引起的Ⅰ型变态炎症反应、嗜酸性粒细胞浸润的慢性炎症、辅助性T细胞(Th)1/Th2和Th17/调节性T细胞(Treg)等免疫细胞失衡、细胞间黏附分子水平升高等,发病机制较为复杂.中药防治过敏性鼻炎已成为目前常用的方法,主要通过减少鼻黏膜炎性浸润、调节免疫与神经系统、降低过敏反应等改善过敏性鼻炎症状,已在动物实验和临床应用中得到证实.近年来,一些学者对中药治疗过敏性鼻炎的作用机制作了分析和探讨,笔者对此作一综述.
Abstract
Allergic rhinitis belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)'rhinitis',which is mainly IgE mediated inflammatory response type Ⅰ,chronic inflammation of eosinophilic infiltration,imbalance of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg immune cells,and elevated level of intercellular adhesion molecules.The pathogenesis is complex.TCM has become a commonly used method to prevent and treat allergic rhinitis.It mainly improves the symptoms of allergic rhinitis by reducing inflammatory infiltration of nasal mucosa,regulating immune and nervous system,and reducing allergic reaction,which has been proved in animal experiments and clinical applications.In recent years,some scholars had made analysis and discussion on the mechanism of TCM in treating allergic rhinitis,the authors made a review of this.
