马钱子炮制历史沿革及现代研究进展

摘要
马钱子为临床常用中药,其炮制历史悠久,形式多样,古时有净制、切制、炒制、油制、甘草制、麻黄制、童便制、去油制、黄酒制、豆腐制等多种炮制方法,随历史演变,一些特色炮制法逐渐消失,现今以净制、油制、砂烫等为主要炮制方法.地方炮制规范记载马钱子制法颇多,存在"一地多法、各地各法"现象,缺乏统一质量标准,导致马钱子饮片质量参差不齐.近年来,临床上服用马钱子及其制剂的患者常出现程度不同的不良反应,马钱子所含有的主要生物碱既是有效成分,又是毒性成分,不同炮制方法对马钱子药性及毒副作用降低程度不同.笔者从马钱子的炮制历史沿革及减毒研究现状进行总结梳理,对目前马钱子炮制研究过程中存在的问题进行了分析,旨在为马钱子的炮制机制、药效和毒性物质基础后续研究奠定基础.
Abstract
Strychni Semen is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinic.Its processing has a long history and various forms.In ancient times,there were various processing methods,such as net processing,cutting processing,stir-frying processing,oil processing,licorice processing,ephedra processing,children's stool processing,oil removal processing,yellow wine processing,tofu processing and so on.With the historical evolution,some characteristic processing methods gradually disappeared.Nowadays,the main processing methods are net processing,oil processing and sand scalding.Local processing norms record a lot of Strychnic Semen processing methods.There is a phenomenon of'multiple methods in one place and various methods in various places',and there is a lack of unified quality standards,resulting in uneven quality of Strychnic Semen decoction pieces.In recent years,patients taking Strychni Semen and its preparations in clinic often have different degrees of toxic and side effects.The main alkaloids contained in Strychni Semen are both active ingredients and toxic ingredients.Different processing methods have different degrees of reduction in the medicinal properties and toxic and side effects of Strychni Semen.The authors summarized the historical evolution of the processing of Strychnic Semen and the research status of attenuation,and analyzed the problems existing in the current research progress of Strychnic Semen processing,aiming to lay a foundation for the subsequent research on the processing mechanism,pharmacodynamics and toxic material basis of Strychnic Semen.
