南山不老松的考证及其松针化学成分和活性研究进展

笔者通过查阅古今文献、书籍及相关药材标准,对"南山不老松"中松的品种进行考证,并对其松针的化学成分和活性进行综述.笔者初步考证出南山不老松品种主要为松科植物马尾松.现代研究表明,马尾松松针主要含有挥发油类、黄酮类、木脂素类及莽草酸成分等,具有抗衰老、降脂、降压、抗肿瘤、抑菌等药理活性.
Textual criticism on evergreen pine of Nanshan and research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of the pine needles
Through consulting ancient and modern literature,books and relevant medicinal materials standards,the authors made textual research on evergreen pine,which,in Chinese culture,Nanshan denotes mountain with its connotation of longevity,and it also made reviews on the chemical constituents and activities of the pine needles.The authors preliminarily verified that the main species of the evergreen pine of Nanshan is Pinus massoniana.Modern studies show volatile oil,flavonoids,lignans and shikimic acid are the chief components contained in Pinus massoniana needles,having the function of anti-aging,antihypertensive,lipid-lowering,anti-tumor,antibacterial and other pharmacological activities.
