摘要
诊法作为中医辨证的组成内容,是中医诊断疾病的重要依据.大量临床观察证明,当人体健康状况发生改变时,其舌色、脉象等征象也会随之变化,这提示中医诊法对疾病的发生发展、转归预后具有很大的参考价值.因此,笔者查阅相关文献,总结中医常用诊法及中医特色诊法的研究进展,并讨论中医诊法现存问题与发展方向,以便进一步推动诊法在临床的发展和国际化进程.
Abstract
As a component of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation,the diagnostic methods are the important basis for TCM diagnosis of diseases.A large number of clinical observations have proved that when the health status of the human body changes,its tongue color,pulse,and other signs will also change,which suggests that the TCM diagnostic methods have great reference value for the occurrence,development,and prognosis of the disease.Therefore,the authors summarized the research progress of common and characteristic TCM diagnostic methods by referring to relevant literature,and discussed the existing problems and development directions of TCM diagnostic methods,so as to further promote the clinical development and internationalization of diagnostic methods.
