Study on development of a rat bladder meridian massage and pressing instrument and its effect on an anxiety rat model
Objective:An intelligent simulation technique parameter instrument was developed to explore the anxiolytic action mechanism of the instrument on anxious rats. Methods:Using YLS-34A Rat Bladder Meridian Massage and Pressing Instrument(referred to as YLS-34A Massage and Pressing Instrument)to simulate the rats.Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into a control group,a model group, and a bladder massage group(Massage of bladder meridian,BMM group). After intervention, compared the behavior of sugar water preference test, tail suspension test and forced swimming test;detect the related protein pathway of hippocampal inflammasome.Results:YLS-34A Massage and Pressing Instrument can effectively fix rats, automatically and accurately map back acupoints and improve anxiety-like behavior;significantly reduce the anxiety rats'anxiety-like behaviors such as sugar water preference, hanging tail motionless time, forced swimming time, etc.;significantly reduce the protein expression of NLRP3/NF-κB signaling pathway in hippocampus of anxiety rats(P<0.05).Conclusion:YLS-34A Massage and Pressing Instrument can provide a reliable tool for the improvement of anxiety-like behavior. It is related to the inhibition of hippocampal NLRP3/NF-κB signaling.
