《灵枢·阴阳二十五人》根据五行理论,构建了包含25种亚型的形神分类模型.亚型是中医五形人理论模型的具体演绎与表达,是打开中医五形人理论模型的钥匙,具有重要的研究意义.根据中医五形人理论,中医土形人可再分为5种亚型,分别为敦敦然、婉婉然、坎坎然、枢枢然、兀兀然.原文行文简练,内涵丰富,但是目前相关研究较少.本研究试图基于文字学、文献学、理论推导及对3D人脸的样本观察,解析中医土形人亚型的内涵,以更好地了解中医土形人及亚型的形神特征,更好地指导中医土行人及亚型的临床辨证.
Interpretation of subtype connotation of people with earth-element in TCM
According to the five-elements theory,the spiritual and physical classification model including 25 subtypes were constructed in Lingshu·Twenty-five People with Yin Yang.The subtype is the interpretation and expression of the theory and it is the key to open the model of people with the five-elements in TCM,so it has important research significance.According to the theory of people with the five-elements in TCM,'people with earth-element in TCM'can be divided into five subtypes,which are Dundun Ran,Wanwan Ran,Kankan Ran,Shushu Ran,and Wuwu Ran.Although the original text is concise,it has rich connotation,but there are only few relevant studies at present.This paper attempts to analyze the subtype connotation of people with the earth-element in TCM based on philology,literature,theoretical derivation and sample observation of 3D faces,so as to better understand the physical and spiritual characteristics of people with the earth-element in TCM and its subtypes,and better guide the clinical differentiation of people with the earth-element in TCM and its subtypes.
