基于四大医学杂志的解释性随机对照试验针刺方案充分性及其影响因素焦点组访谈研究

摘要
目的:探讨针灸临床医生和研究人员对解释性随机对照试验(ERCT)针刺方案充分性及其影响因素的认识.方法:选取四大医学杂志于2001年1月至2021年4月发表的12篇针刺随机对照试验(RCT)研究,采用焦点组访谈的方式进行半结构化访谈,运用主题分析法对访谈资料进行归纳分析.结果:将受访者提及的ERCT针刺方案充分性的影响因素归纳为研究基础、患者/疾病因素、治疗/对照组方案、结局指标、医师因素、环境因素6个主题.结论:本研究总结出ERCT针刺方案充分性的影响因素,这些影响因素有待更大范围内达成共识.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the opinion of acupuncture clinicians and researchers on the adequacy of acupuncture used in explanatory randomized controlled trial(ERCT)and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 12 acupuncture randomized controlled trials(RCT)published in the four major medical journals from 2001 January to April 2021 were included.Focus group interviews were used to conduct semi-structured interview,and theme analysis was used to analyze the interview data.Results:The factors influencing the adequacy of acupuncture in ERCT mentioned by the experts were summarized into 6 subjects:research basis,patient/disease factor,treatment/control scheme,outcome,physician factor,setting factor.Conclusion:The factors influencing the adequacy of acupuncture used in ERCT are summarized,and these factors need to be widely agreed.
