基于《黄帝内经》五运六气理论分析吉林省延边地区呼吸系统疾病发病规律及高发主运时段与气象要素的相关性

目的:基于《黄帝内经》五运六气理论分析吉林省延边地区呼吸系统疾病发病规律及其高发主运时段与气象要素的相关性.方法:选取2007年1月20日至2017年1月19日10年间吉林省延边地区呼吸系统疾病入院病例资料与同期延边地区的气象要素资料,应用SPSS 22.0统计学软件,采用卡方检验方法研究呼吸系统疾病在不同时段发病数是否具有统计学意义,进而探讨吉林省延边地区呼吸系统疾病的发病规律,继续选取发病数最高的主运时段的呼吸系统疾病病例数据及同期气象要素数据,采用主成分分析法提取与其呼吸系统疾病发病相关的主要气象要素因子得到成分矩阵,进行旋转分析,分析延边地区呼吸系统疾病高发主运时段与气象要素之间的相关性.结果:吉林省延边地区自2007年1月20日至2017年1月19日10年间呼吸系统疾病发病数在岁运、主运、主气、客气方面均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).在2011年(岁运年水运不及之年)、在主运初之运时段(1月20日至4月3日)、在六气主气二之气(少阴君火)时段、在六气客气厥阴风木时段发病数较多,与气象要素中的日照、气温、气压、风速具有相关性.结论:吉林省延边地区呼吸系统疾病的发病受五运六气气候变化影响,温度低、日照时间短、气压高、风速大,易引发或加重呼吸系统疾病.
Analysis on the incidence regularity of respiratory diseases in Yanbian area of Jilin Province and the correlation between the main transport period with high incidence and meteorological factors based on the five yun and six qi theory of Huangdi Neijing
Objective:To analyze the incidence regularity of respiratory diseases in Yanbian area of Jilin Province,and the correlation between the zhuyun period of high incidence of respiratory diseases and meteorological factors based on the five yun and six qi theory of Huangdi Neijing.Methods:From January 20,2007 to January 19,2017,the data of hospitalized cases of respiratory diseases in Yanbian area of Jilin Province and the meteorological elements data of Yanbian area in the same period were selected.SPSS 22.0 software was used to study whether the number of respiratory diseases in different periods was statistically significant by chi-square test,and then discusses Yanbian area of Jilin Province respiratory disease pathogenesis regularity,continues to choose the highest incidence of zhuyun time of the respiratory system disease case data and meteorological data during this period,by principal component analysis and its respiratory system disease related components are obtained,the main meteorological factors analysis of rotating.To analyze the correlation between the zhuyun period with high incidence of respiratory diseases and meteorological factors in Yanbian area.Results:The incidence of respiratory diseases in Yanbian area of Jilin Province from January 20,2007 to January 19,2017 had statistical significance in the suiyun,zhuyun,zhuqi,and keqi(P<0.05).There were more cases in 2011(the year of shuiyun buji),in the beginning of the zhuyun period(from January 20 to April 3),in the zhuqi two qi(Shaoyin Junhuo)period,in the keqi(Jueyin Fengmu)period,which was correlated with the meteorological elements of sunshine,temperature,pressure and wind speed.Conclusion:The incidence of respiratory diseases in Yanbian area of Jilin Province is affected by the climate change of five yun and six qi.Low temperature,short sunshine time,high air pressure and fast wind speed are easy to cause or aggravate respiratory diseases.
