Summary of YE Tianshi's method of treating collaterals with Xin Xiang Liu Qi
YE Tianshi made good use of Xin Xiang Liu Qi in the treatment of turbid,mass accumulation,hernia and other diseases,in order to clarify its theoretical basis and prescription intention,combined with YE's medical case,it is concluded that although the collaterals are the main blood,there is also the method of qi fen.The transformation of the pathogenesis of collateral disease from qi arthralgia to blood stasis and dryness corresponds to the transformation from Xin Xiang Liu Qi method to Xin Run Tong Luo method and insect ant search method.Xin Xiang Liu Qi originates from ZHANG Zihe's theory of treating seven hernia from liver.On the basis of absorbing the previous experience of drug use,YE Tianshi combined with the theory of Huangdi Neijing to further expand this method,which was widely used in the treatment of Qiluo empirical,hypocritical pain and other kinds of internal injury,and improved the basic treatment of collateral disease,which still has reference significance for the treatment of many diseases.
