黄煌方证辨证学术思想探讨

摘要
方证是临床安全有效用方的证据;方证常常是患者体质状态的重要特征;方证也时常是一种或一类疾病或某种综合征的主要特征.方证辨证的重点在于抓住患者的体质状态和主治疾病谱,前者确保临床用方的有效性,后者确保临床用药的安全性.方证辨证可以指导古方和后世方、经验方的临床应用研究.同时,为多病共存状态提供较为明确的整体辨证治疗思路.
Abstract
Fang Zheng represents the clinical evidences,which ensure the safety and efficiency use of herbal prescription.Fang Zheng can reveal important features of physical constitutions of patients.Fang Zheng marks the main features of one sort of diseases,categories of diseases or syndromes.Differentiation of syndromes based on Fang Zheng is focusing on the capture of patient's physical state and the spectrum of the primary disease,in order to guarantee the safety and efficiency use of herbal prescription.In addition,differentiation of syndromes based on Fang Zheng is guidance of clinical research of ancient prescriptions,prescriptions for later generations and prescription based on clinical experiences.Meanwhile,differentiation of syndromes based on Fang Zheng can provide explicit diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for multiple organ diseases.
