基于六郁理论探析代谢综合征

摘要
"六郁"由朱丹溪创立,经由其弟子戴思恭及后世医家赵献可、龚廷贤等的阐发补充,形成一套具备理法方药的理论.代谢综合征涉及中医学多个疾病范畴,通过六郁理论认识其发病病因病机,并据此设立治法方药,可见该理论对其组方用药有重要指导意义.但六郁理论有待进一步地深入探讨研究,将其作为指导代谢综合征辨证论治的新方向,更好地用于临床治疗.
Abstract
'Liuyu'was founded by ZHU Danxi,supplemented by his disciple DAI Sigong and later scholars ZHAO Xianke and GONG Tingxian,forming a complete theory of principle-method-recipe-medicines.Metabolic syndrome involves a number of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.Through Liuyu theory explaining its causes and interpretation of the this disease,and setting up treatment method and prescription medicine accordingly,so Liuyu theory has important guiding significance for its prescription medication.However,Liuyu theory needs to be further explored and studied,which can be regarded as a new direction to guide the treatment according to syndrome differentiation of metabolic syndrome,and better used for clinical.
