目前,全球心血管疾病患病率和病死率与日俱增.研究发现,心血管的病情演变与视网膜动脉的硬化程度紧密相连,通过眼底血管的表现,能够了解到全身的血管病变.文章基于中医"目为心之使"理论探讨视网膜动脉硬化与心血管疾病的关系,从中医"目为心之使"的理论基础、眼部症状当责之于心、视网膜动脉硬化与心血管疾病关系、视网膜动脉硬化与心病辨证论治关系等方面进行论述,阐述眼底血管的微观病变与心血管疾病中医宏观辨证的相关性,以期为心血管疾病的临床防治提供新思路和方法.
Exploration on the relationship between retinal arteriosclerosis and cardiovascular disease with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation based on the theory of'the eye is the messenger of the heart'
At present,the prevalence and mortality of cardiovascular diseases in the world are increasing day by day.It is found that the evolution of cardiovascular disease is closely related to the degree of retinal artery sclerosis.Through the performance of fundus blood vessels,we can understand the vascular diseases of the whole body.This paper discussed the visual network based on the theory of'the eye is the messenger of the heart'in traditional Chinese medicine The relationship between retinal arteriosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases is discussed from the theoretical basis of'the eye is the messenger of the heart'in traditional Chinese medicine,eye symptoms should be blamed on the heart,the relationship between retinal arteriosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases,and the relationship between retinal arteriosclerosis and syndrome differentiation and treatment of heart diseases.The correlation between microscopic lesions of fundus blood vessels and macroscopic syndrome differentiation of cardiovascular diseases in traditional Chinese medicine is expounded in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
