Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health therapy(five-element music combined with Baduanjin)on mild to moderate anxious and depressive disorder of qi-fire stagnation type. Methods:A prospective cohort study was used to collect patients with mild to moderate anxious and depressive disorder of qi-fire stagnation type in 3 TCM hospitals in Beijing from August 2018 to November 2019.According to the different treatment regimens of patients, they were divided into control group(sertraline hydrochloride tablet 50 mg 1 time/d+Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder)and treatment group(control group treatment+five-element music combined with Baduanjin),with 75 cases in each group, and the course of treatment was 8 weeks.HAMD and HAMA scores were assessed before treatment,at week 4th and 8th respectively. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the HAMD and HAMA scale scores,as well as the response rates, between the two treatment groups before and after treatment. The degree of decrease in HAMD factor scores(anxiety/somatization,cognitive impairment, retardation, sleep disturbance)and HAMA factor scores(somatic anxiety, psychic anxiety)also showed statistically significant differences between the two groups. In comparison to the control group, patients with mild depression in the treatment group showed a significant decrease in HAMD score after 8 weeks(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM health therapy(five-element music combined with Baduanjin)has certain therapeutic advantages in improving mild depressive disorder and has clinical reference value.
