Clinical efficacy observation of Chinese medicine combined with nutritional diet therapy on infantile anorexia(spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome)
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with nutritional diet in the treatment of infantile anorexia.Methods:A total of 138 children with anorexia(spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome)were randomly divided into combined treatment group,traditional Chinese medicine control group and Western medicine control group.In addition to general diet education,the western medicine control group took orally five dimensional lysine granules and the Chinese medicine control group took orally Chinese medicine;The combined treatment group was treated with oral Chinese medicine and nutritional diet.All courses of treatment were given for 4 weeks.After treatment,the improvement of various clinical symptoms,signs and nutritional indicators were compared.Results:After treatment,the total response rate of the combined treatment group,TCM control group and western medicine control group was 91.07%(51/56),75.00%(39/52),and 36.67%(11/30)(P<0.01).The total response rate,the efficacy of food intake,abdominal pain,belching,vomiting,constipation,sweating,complexion,skin,tongue image,protein,body fat,muscle mass,TRF,RBP,PA,HgB,MCH,dihydroxyvitamin D and other nutritional indicators were all better than those of the Chinese medicine and western medicine control group(P<0.01).In the combined treatment group,the integral effect of food intake and complexion was better than that of the TCM control group(P<0.05).In the TCM control group,the comprehensive efficacy,appetite,food intake,abdominal pain,belching,vomiting,constipation,skin,tongue vein,protein,body fat,muscle mass,TRF,RBP,PA,HgB,MCH,and dihydroxyvitamin D were all better than those of the western medicine control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with nutritional diet therapy has advantages in the treatment of infantile anorexia(spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome).Nutritional diet therapy has synergistic effect on traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of further study.
