面向精准医学的中医辨证论治数智化研究问题与策略

摘要
生命健康与医疗服务的数智化已成为全球大健康发展主流科技方向.数智融合促进中医药精准医学发展是推动中医药创新发展的重要动力.面向精准医学的中医证候及辨证论治过程难以科学量化表达与数字化表征是限制中医精准诊疗与中医药数智化的瓶颈.新一代生物学技术与信息技术的发展为中医精准诊疗数智化研究带来机遇.针对中医精准诊疗数智化研究面临的问题与技术瓶颈,文章立足中西医结合诊疗环境,提出病证结合精准诊疗研究模式与中医辨证论治数智化研究技术路径示范,构建数字驱动的中医精准诊疗一体化研究方法体系,为慢性疾病中医精准防治提供关键方法支持.
Abstract
The digital intelligence of life health and medical services has become the mainstream technology direction of global health development.The integration of data and intelligence to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)precision medicine is an important driving force to promote the innovation and development of TCM.The difficulty of scientific quantitative expression and digital representation of TCM syndromes and the process of syndrome differentiation and treatment for precision medicine is the bottleneck limiting the precision diagnosis and treatment of TCM and the number intelligence of TCM.The development of the new generation of biological technology and information technology has brought opportunities for the research of the digital intelligence of TCM precision diagnosis and treatment.In view of the problems and technical bottlenecks faced by the research on the number intellectualization of TCM precision diagnosis and treatment,based on the diagnosis and treatment environment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,this paper proposes the research model of combining disease and syndrome with precision diagnosis and treatment and the demonstration of the number intellectualization research technology path of TCM syndrome differentiation,and builds a digital-driven integrated research method system of TCM precision diagnosis and treatment,providing key methodological support for the accurate prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in TCM.
