基于岭南罗氏妇科学术思想探析多囊卵巢综合征与"膏浊"及炎症相关机制

摘要
岭南罗氏妇科受岭南传统医学文化影响,传承百年.其学术思想强调多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)关键病机是肾肝脾功能失调,血水代谢障碍,痰浊瘀血阻滞胞宫、胞脉、胞络致病;其"肾肝脾功能失调,病理产物蓄积"的病机与仝小林院士阐述的"膏浊"异曲同工.现代医学认为PCOS是慢性低度炎症,炎症-氧化应激与"膏浊"密切相关.岭南罗氏妇科针对脏腑功能失调,以平调阴阳为纲,针对"膏浊"之邪遵循《黄帝内经》"谨守阴阳,以平为期",灵活应用中医八法中的"温、清、消、补"治法,缓解炎症-氧化应激.文章立足于岭南罗氏妇科学术思想,结合"膏浊"及炎症相关机制,多角度认识PCOS发病机制,总结治疗策略.
Abstract
Lingnan LUOs'gynaecology has been influenced by the traditional medical culture of Lingnan,which has been passed down for centuries.Its academic thinking stresses that polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is the key mechanism of kidney,liver and spleen dysfunction,blood and water metabolism disorders,phlegm and blood stasis obstruction of the uterus and cytotoxicity and cytotoxicity;its'dysfunction of the kidney,liver and spleen,the accumulation of pathology products'is similar to that of'Gaozhuo'theory elaborated by academician TONG Xiaolin.Modern medicine believes that PCOS is a chronic low-grade inflammation,inflammation-oxidative stress is closely related to the'Gaozhuo'.Lingnan LUOs'gynaecology for visceral dysfunction,to level the yin and yang as the outline,for the'Gaozhuo'follow the Huangdi Neijing'to keep the yin and yang,in order to level the period of time'rule,flexible application of traditional Chinese medicine in the eight methods of'warm,clear,resolve and invigoration'to alleviate inflammation and oxidative stress.This article is based on the Lingnan LUOs'gynaecological academic thought,combined with the'Gaozhuo'theory and the mechanism of inflammation,to understand the pathogenesis of PCOS from multiple angles,and summarise the treatment strategy.
