中医"脑髓"的现代生物学基础探讨

摘要
中医脑病学理论认为"脑为髓海",主宰神机,因此现代神经系统疾病多可归为脑髓病范畴.文章基于中医传统理论,结合现代生物学技术,查阅相关文献归纳分析,认为中医"脑髓"的现代生物学基础是由神经干细胞、神经元、神经胶质细胞、细胞外基质及脊髓共同参与的多层级结构和功能组合体,生理上相互为用,病理上则相互影响.
Abstract
The theory of encephalopathy in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that'the brain is the marrow sea'and it dominates the mind.Therefore,most modern neural system diseases could be classified into encephalomyelopathy.Based on the theory of TCM,combined with modern biological technology,and inductive analysis of relevant literature,we believe that the modem biological basis of the'brain marrow'of TCM is a multi-component structure and functional combination of neural stem cells,neurons,glial cells,extracellular matrix and spinal cord.Physiologically,they serve each other,and pathologically,they influence each other.
