从糖脂代谢的"物质-能量-信息流"认识"脾气散精"输布过程

《黄帝内经》认为"脾气散精"是精微物质代谢的关键环节,但对其输布过程认识尚不明确,缺乏具象化和系统化的深入理解,中医脾藏象理论研究成果转化受限.生命是物质、能量和信息的统一,糖脂代谢过程离不开"物质-能量-信息流"的有机序贯协调,"脾气散精"输布过程与糖脂代谢"物质-能量-信息流"的内涵相契合.为此,在糖脂代谢的"物质-能量-信息流"视域下,笔者探寻并再认识了"脾气散精"输布过程的科学内涵,更系统、具体地描绘了"脾气散精"输布过程的物质代谢、能量转化和信息调整的生理特征.结果提示调节"脾气散精"的"物质-能量-信息流"治疗糖脂代谢紊乱具备良好的可行性,有利于推动中医脾藏象理论研究连片化、系统化和实用化.
Abstract
Huangdi Neijing holds that'spleen qi dispersing essence'is the key link of metabolism and distribution of essence and micro-substances.However,the understanding of the transmission process is not clear,and there is a lack of concrete and systematic understanding,so the transformation of the research results of the theory of spleen-visceral-state in traditional Chinese medicine is limited.Life is the unity of material,energy and information.The process of glucose and lipid metabolism cannot be separated from the organic sequential coordination of'material-energy-information flow',and the transmission process of'spleen qi dispersing essence'is consistent with the connotation of'material-energy-information flow'of glucose and lipid metabolism.Therefore,from the perspective of'material-energy-information flow'of material energy metabolism,the author explores and re-recognizes the theoretical connotation of'spleen qi dispersing essence',and discusses the physiological function of'spleen qi dispersing essence'in material metabolism,energy conversion and information adjustment more vividly and concretely with complex science,and the result points out that the treatment of glucose and lipid metabolism disorders from the'material-energy-information flow'of regulating'spleen qi dispersing essence'has good feasibility,which is conducive to promoting the research of the theory of spleen-visceral-state in traditional Chinese medicine to be contiguous,systematic and practical.
