基于络病理论探讨脏器纤维化中医辨治策略的共性研究与展望
Common research and prospect of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment strategies in organ fibrosis based on the theory of collateral disease

摘要
脏器纤维化是组织和器官适应不良修复的结果,是一个慢性和不可逆的过程,其发生发展的生物学基础与络病理论高度相关.因此,文章从络病理论视角探讨脏器纤维化络脉病变的生理病理及其诊疗过程的一致性,认为持续的组织损伤和实质细胞破坏的病理变化是久病入络、络毒蕴结、络脉虚损的结果,由此提出以"通补"之法治疗脏器纤维化络脉虚损病证,其治疗精髓在于以补为通,以通为用,进一步挖掘脏器纤维化中医辨治策略上的共性互乘,寻求宏观与微观上的对应关系,思考络病理论指导脏器纤维化临床防治的发展方向,以期为脏器纤维化的中医临床诊疗提供参考.
Abstract
Organ fibrosis is the result of maladaptive repair of tissues and organs,which is a chronic and irreversible process.The biological basis of its occurrence and development is highly related to the theory of collateral disease.Therefore,from the perspective of collateral disease theory,this article discusses the pathophysiological changes of organ fibrosis and the consistency of the diagnosis and treatment process with choroidal lesions.It is believed that the pathological changes of persistent tissue damage and parenchymal cell destruction are the results of long illness into the collateral,accumulation of collateral poison,and deficiency of collateral vessels.Therefore,it is proposed to treat the syndrome of organ fibrosis and deficiency of collateral vessels by'Tongbu'method.The essence of its treatment lies in taking the'Bu'as the'Tong'method,taking the'Tong'as the use.To further explore the commonality and multiplication of organ fibrosis in traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment strategies,seeks the corresponding relationship between macro and micro,and considers the development direction of clinical prevention and treatment of organ fibrosis guided by the theory of collateral disease,in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of organ fibrosis in traditional Chinese medicine.
