象思维视角下基于脂肪代谢异常刍议"痰生百病"的科学内涵

摘要
自古以来痰邪便被认为具有广泛的致病性,基于这一特点而形成的"痰生百病"理论对探析痰邪的致病机制具有重要意义.随着中西医结合学科的不断发展,现代医家从脂肪病理性改变的角度对该理论展开了全新的诠释.文章在象思维的视角下,论述了脂肪代谢异常与痰邪致病机制的高度重合性,提出过度堆积的脂肪具有黏滞性与有形之痰相似,而紊乱的脂肪因子因具有流动性可归类为无形之痰,二者的出现将导致"百病"的发生,并通过以方测证佐证了脂肪代谢异常与痰邪之间的关联性.藉此通过脂肪代谢异常概念为"痰生百病"理论注入新的科学内涵,为痰邪致病的诊断和防治提供新思路和科学依据.
Abstract
Since ancient times,phlegm has been considered to have a wide range of pathogenicity,and the theory of'phlegm producing all diseases',which was based on this feature,plays an important role in exploring the pathogenic mechanism of phlegm.With the continuous development of Chinese and Western integrative medicine,modern researcher has launched a new interpretation of this theory from the perspective of pathological changes in adipose tissue.Based on Xiang thinking,this paper proves that the pathogenic mechanism of adipose and phlegm is similar,and proposed that the accumulated adipose tissue has a viscous feature similar to the visible phlegm,and because of the characteristics of fluidity,the disordered adipokines belongs to the category of invisible phlegm.These two characteristics will lead to the occurrence of hundreds of diseases.All these conclusions are verified by'testing syndrome by formula'theory.In this way,adipose has become the latest connotation of the theory of'phlegm producing all diseases'.We hope to provide new ideas and evidence for the diagnosis and prevention of phlegm pathogenic diseases.
