中医药防治恶性肿瘤"求衡复运"理论体系的实践与创新

摘要
肿瘤是全球重大疑难疾病的典型代表,多年来的临床实践表明预防为主、防治结合是延缓肿瘤高发态势,控制肿瘤进展的根本出路.基于对肿瘤核心病机演变与全周期防治的认识,本课题组从传统哲学思维的平衡理论出发,创新运用"求衡于五脏,复运于脾胃"理念剖析肿瘤证治方案,凝练提出中医药防治恶性肿瘤"求衡复运"理论体系,即锚定"求衡复中-持中复运-乘运复健"三大干预阶段,总结形成平衡五法(调衡升降、守衡脏腑、权衡邪正、复衡阴阳、顺衡形神)五大诊疗策略,系统整合中医平衡观与恒动观,秉承持中州以运四旁,重视恢复枢机运转与机体稳态的肿瘤防治模式,突显中医药在预防肿瘤发生、延缓肿瘤进展、延长远期生存方面的价值优势.
Abstract
Tumor is a typical representative of major and difficult diseases in the world.Clinical practice over the years has shown that prevention first and combination of prevention and treatment are the fundamental way to delay the high incidence of cancer and control the progress of tumor.Based on the understanding of the evolution of the core pathogenesis of tumor and the full-cycle prevention and treatment,the research group started from the balance theory of traditional philosophical thinking,innovatively applied the concept of'paying attention to the balance of the five zang viscera and the function of the spleen and stomach'to analyze the scheme of tumor syndrome and treatment,and condensed the theoretical system of'seeking balance and restoring transportation'of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumor,namely focusing on the three intervention stages of'paying attention to the balance of spleen and operation of spleen and stomach and health recovery',summarize and form five diagnosis and treatment strategies of balance five methods(balance lifting and lowering,balance viscera,balance vital qi and pathogen,balance yin and yang,balance form and spirit),systematically integrate the balance view and constant movement view of TCM,adhere to the tumor prevention and treatment mode of holding the central to transport,and attach importance to restoring cardinal operation and body steady state,highlighting the value advantages of TCM in preventing tumor occurrence,delaying tumor progression and prolonging long-term survival.
