从经方病传理论探讨中风病传规律及其证治方药
Discussion on stroke's transmission regularity,syndrome-treatment and prescription-drug from the transmission theory of classical prescription

摘要
文章以《金匮要略》为基础,博采《诸病源候论》《备急千金要方》《中藏经》等晋唐古籍,探讨中风病的病因病机、病传规律及其证治方药.笔者认为中风病的核心病机为正虚而风邪客入,发现其具有伤寒、中风两条病传路径,并进一步总结了相应的病传规律.其中,伤寒病传由表至里有着风痹、偏枯、风痱、风懿之传变过程.中风病传据阴经、阳经受邪之不同,有风狂、风癫之分.两种病传的表现、病机均有殊异,故其证治有别.伤寒病传之证治可参考《千金》三黄汤、入顶散、《古今录验》续命汤、大续命汤、独活汤.中风病传之证治可参照防己地黄汤、侯氏黑散.
Abstract
Based on the Synopsis of Golden Chamber,this article draws on ancient books such as General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases,Valuable Prescriptions for Emergencies and Zhongzang Sutra to explore the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of stroke.The author believes that the core pathogenesis of stroke is due to the lack of positive energy in the body and the invasion of pathogenic factors.It is found to have two paths of disease transmission,typhoid fever and stroke,and further summarizes the corresponding transmission regularities.Among them,the transmission regularity of typhoid fever disease from the outside to the inside has a transmission process such as wandering arthritis,hemiplegia,wind spasm,and wind convulsion.According to the different pathogenic invasions of yin and yang meridians,the regularity of stroke transmission towards two diseases,including wind mania and wind epilepsy.The manifestations and pathogenesis of the two transmission regularities are different,so their treatment methods are different.The treatment of symptoms in the transmission regularity of typhoid fever can refer to Qianjin Sanhuang Decoction and Ruding Powder,Xuming Decoction which were mentioned in Gujin Luyan,Daxuming Decoction and Duhuo Decoction.The treatment of symptoms in stroke transmission regularity may refer to Fangji Dihuang Decoction and HOUs'Black Powder.
