四妙勇安汤在消渴病脱疽中的应用探析

摘要
糖尿病足溃疡属于中医"消渴病脱疽"的范畴,作为糖尿病的严重并发症之一,其可导致残疾和死亡,严重威胁了患者的健康和生命.四妙勇安汤是治疗脱疽的经典方剂,由金银花、玄参、当归、甘草四药组成,临床疗效显著.文章浅析了消渴病脱疽的源流,探析了四妙勇安汤的方解,总结了现代临床研究中四妙勇安汤治疗糖尿病足溃疡的循证证据及机制,为临床上四妙勇安汤在消渴病脱疽中的应用提供参考依据.
Abstract
As one of the serious complications of diabetes,diabetic foot ulcer belong to'consumptive thirst gangrene',diabetic foot ulcer can lead to disability and death,which seriously threatens the health and quality of life of patients.Simiao Yong'an Decoction is a classic prescription for treating gangrene,which is composed of honeysuckle,scrophulariae,angelica and licorice,with significantly clinical efficacy.This article analyzes the origin and development of consumptive thirst gangrene,and the prescription of Simiao Yong'an Decoction,summarizes the evidence and mechanism of Simiao Yong'an Decoction in the treatment of diabetes foot ulcer in modern clinical research,which provides a reference for the clinical application of Simiao Yong'an Decoction in consumptive thirst gangrene.
