西学东渐视角下中医传承的当代反思
Contemporary reflection on the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of eastward transmission of western learning

摘要
基于近代以来西学东渐的文化背景,回溯近代医学思潮.通过对这段历史的考察,提取其中的"二元"医学观.依此医学观点为逻辑基础,回归中医学自身的文化背景与学术源流,依次从中医的"文化特质"和"学术体系"两个视角,反思当代中医传承问题.从"文化特质"反思中医传承可知:"以德统术"的文化形态决定了医德传承是中医传承的基础与正道之保障;从"学术体系"反思中医传承可知:"以道统术"的学术形态决定了医道传承是中医传承的核心与生命力所在.
Abstract
Based on the cultural background of eastward transmission of western learning,backdate medical ideological trend in modern China.Through the examination of this history,extract the'binary'medical view.Back to the cultural background and academic origin of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)itself,reflect on the inheritance problem of TCM from the perspective of the'cultural trait'and the'academic system'of TCM.From the perspective of'cultural trait':the inheritance of medical ethics is the foundation and the guarantee of the inheritance of TCM;from the perspective of'academic system':the inheritance of Tao of medicine is the core and vitality of TCM inheritance.
