基于临床定位构建中药疗效评价体系的思考

摘要
中医药的临床疗效是其存在和发展的根本,如何评价中医药临床疗效是业界研究的热点和难点,虽业内对现有的中医药疗效评价体系多有诟病,但又迟迟难以形成新的评价体系.文章根据以患者为中心,以临床价值为导向研发中药的理念,提出基于临床定位构建中药疗效评价体系和标准的思路,并对中药临床疗效评价标准制定过程中行业学会、监管部门和生产企业共同参与的重要性进行论述,旨在促进中药疗效评价体系的发展.
Abstract
The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is the foundation of the existence and development of TCM.How to evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM is a hot and difficult topic in the research field.Although the existing evaluation system of TCM is criticized,it is still difficult to form a new evaluation system.This paper put forward the idea of constructing TCM efficacy evaluation system and standard based on clinical orientation according to the patient-centered and clinical value-oriented TCM research and development concept.It also reviewed the importance of the participation of industry associations,regulatory departments and manufacturers in the process of formulating the evaluation standards for the clinical efficacy of TCM,so as to promote the development of the evaluation system for the efficacy of TCM.
