整体观视角下代谢紊乱相关慢性病防治

摘要
代谢紊乱相关慢性病发病率逐年升高,成为我国重大公共卫生问题.文章基于整体观,从人体"整体-局部"联动以及时间、空间的动态发展角度,重新思考代谢紊乱相关慢性病发生发展过程,提出"单组分代谢异常-代谢综合征-代谢紊乱相关慢性病"的疾病顺序发展链条.并针对代谢紊乱早期筛查缺失等临床问题,探讨代谢紊乱相关慢性病的早期防治策略.提出如将红外热成像等新型检测技术与智慧医学相结合的方法,构建代谢紊乱早期筛查新工具,为我国的慢性病防治提供有益的思路和启发.
Abstract
The incidence of chronic diseases related to metabolic disorders has increased year by year,which has become a major public health problem in China.From holistic perspective and the whole-local linkage of the human body and the angle of the dynamic development of time and space,this paper re-understands the development and evolution of chronic diseases related to metabolic disorders,and proposes a disease development chain of'single component metabolic abnormalities-metabolic syndrome-chronic diseases related to metabolic disorders'.This paper also focuses on clinical issues such as lack of early screening for metabolic disorders,discussed the early prevention strategies of chronic diseases related to metabolic disorders,and proposed a method combining infrared thermal imaging and other new detection technologies with smart medicine for clinical problems such as early screening of metabolic disorders,which is expected to build a new tool for early screening of metabolic disorders,in order to provide useful ideas and inspiration for the prevention of chronic diseases in China.
