通过对文献古籍中有关三间穴内容的搜集和梳理,从三间穴命名立意,挖掘三间穴特殊穴义,探讨三间穴多样穴性和功效主治,按照疾病机理的不同,分析三间穴主治疾病的异同点,归纳总结其在筋骨痹阻、神志失守、津液失常和六经伤寒方面的广泛运用,同时引用古文举例论证,并结合临床诊治经验和现代治疗现状分析.文中还进一步探讨了三间穴在疟疾、外痈等方面的特殊表现,并综合提出三间穴主治有待证实、挖掘和探索之处,以进一步丰富三间穴内涵,并拓展其临床主治范围.
Reference prepared for clinic of Sanjian(LI 3)acupoint
Through the collection and combing of the contents of the Sanjian(LI 3)acupoint in ancient books,the naming of the Sanjian acupoint,the digging of the special point meanings of the Sanjian acupoint,the discussion of the various points and the efficacy of the Sanjian acupoint,the analysis of the similarities and differences of the Sanjian acupoint in the treatment of diseases according to the different mechanism of the disease,and the summary of their wide application in the aspects of arthralgia,delirious disorder,body fluid disorder and typhoid fever in the six channels.At the same time,citing ancient examples,combined with clinical diagnosis and treatment experience and modem treatment status analysis,the paper further discusses the special performance of the Sanjian acupoint in malaria,external carbuncle and other aspects,and comprehensively puts forward the indications of the Sanjian acupoint to be confirmed,excavated and explored,so as to further enrich the connotation of the Sanjian acupoint and expand the scope of clinical indications.
