摘要

金水相生学说在《黄帝内经》有深刻的理论基础.足少阴肾经上连于肺,肺借助三焦通于肾,构成金水相生的脏腑经络基础.肺肾生理上相互依存,肺通调水道,肾主津液,共同通过三焦输布津液;肺朝百脉,通于任脉促进肾的藏精和生殖功能;肾藏精主纳气维护肺的语音和呼吸功能.肺肾病机传变相互影响,肺经病变可以影响肾主生殖和膀胱排尿功能;肾经病变可以影响肺的语音功能;肺肾同病则影响水液的输布.金水相生学说在临床上可以广泛应用于生殖、呼吸和肾系病症.

Abstract

There is a profound theoretical basis in Huangdi Neijing for the theory of the generation between the metal and water.The kidney connects to the lungs through the foot Shaoyin kidney meridian and the lung connects to the kidney through the Sanjiao channel,which constitutes the zang-fu organs and meridian basis of the theory of the generation between the metal and water.Physiologically,lung and kidney depend on each other.The lung regulates the water way and assist the function of kidney transporting body fluid through the Sanjiao channel;The lung towards all veins and connects the Ren channel to promote the function of kidney's accumulation of essence and maintain the its reproductive function;The kidney maintains the voice and respiratory function of the lung by storing essence and recepting qi.The lung and kidney disease machine affects each other,diseases of the pulmonary meridians can affect the kidney main reproduction and bladder urination function;diseases of kidney meridians can affect the speech function of lung;simultaneous lung and kidney disease affects the distribution of body fluids.Based on this,the theory of generation between the metal and water could be applied to reproductive,respiratory and renal diseases.
