摘要
文章基于中医思维辨识下癌瘤实体与机体在癌瘤状态下动态演变关系,从整体与局部功能状态角度出发构建了肿瘤"五态"理论框架,即生命态、失衡态、郁积态、传舍态、虚损态,并结合肿瘤"病机中心"论,进一步提出中医肿瘤"五态"辨治思维,不仅对促进中西医在微环境状态下的有机结合具有重要意义,同时可为肿瘤的辨证论治参以有效的理论支撑,希冀为肿瘤中医药辨治提供更为全面的思路与方法.
Abstract
Based on the dynamic evolution relationship between cancer entity and tumor microenvironment under the identification of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)body state,the theoretical framework of'five states'of tumor is constructed from the perspective of overall and local functional states,namely,life state,imbalance state,stagnation state,passing away state and virtual loss state.Combined with the theory of'pathogenesis center'of tumor,the thinking of TCM tumor'five states'is further put forward.It is not only of great significance to promote the organic integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the microenvironment,but also can provide effective theoretical support for the differentiation and treatment of tumors,hoping to provide more comprehensive ideas and methods for the differentiation and treatment of tumors with TCM.
