牛膝木瓜汤与苁蓉牛膝汤应用探析

摘要
牛膝木瓜汤与苁蓉牛膝汤均出自陈言的《三因极一病证方论》,是分别针对六庚年、六丁年所设的运气方,临床应用广泛.两方在组方格局上有相似之处,而立方法则又大有不同,结合经典原文,笔者深入分析两方所针对的运气格局、组方原理、方药特点的异同之处,认为牛膝木瓜汤针对燥金太过、肝气郁冲的运气格局,重在敛阴柔肝、降逆开郁;苁蓉牛膝汤针对木虚风动、脾虚湿盛的运气格局,重在滋肾养肝、清风润木,并以临床验案加以分析,为临床应用提供理论依据.
Abstract
Niuxi Mugua Decoction and Congrong Niuxi Decoction are derived from CHEN Yan established in Sanyin Jiyi Bingzheng Fanglun.They are pointed at six Geng years and six Ding years,and are widely used in clinic.There are similarities between the two sides in the square formation pattern,and the cube rule is quite different.Combining with the classic original text,this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the two sides in terms of the pattern of luck,the principle of prescription formation and the characteristics of prescriptions.It is believed that Niuxi Mugua Decoction is aimed at the luck pattern of superior to gold and liver qi stagnation,focusing on nourishing yin and softening the liver and calming the adverse reaction and opening depression.Congrong Niuxi Decoction is aimed at the luck pattern of deficiency of liver and spleen and wind movement and damp excess,focusing on nourishing the kidney and liver,clearing the wind and moistening the liver.Clinical cases are analyzed in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.
