基于脏窍理论辨治小儿厌食症及共患疾病

摘要
基于中医"脏窍理论",总结熊磊教授治疗小儿厌食症及共患疾病的学术观点及临证经验.认为小儿厌食症是以脾胃为中心的整体失调,脾胃失和、体窍不通是病机关键所在,故临床常伴见鼻渊、鼻鼽、乳蛾、腺样体肥大、便秘等疾病,病理因素以湿邪为主.芳香之品既能醒脾化湿,又能利气通窍,契合小儿厌食病机,故常应用"芳香醒脾通窍法"治疗小儿厌食症,文章阐析了其治疗思路.
Abstract
Based on the theory of organs and orifices in traditional Chinese medicine,we summarize the academic views and clinical experience of professor XIONG Lei in the treatment of anorexia and co-morbidities in children.Infantile anorexia is a common disease of the spleen and stomach in pediatric patients,and is often associated with nasal abscess,congested nose,mammary moth,adenoid hypertrophy,constipation,and other orifices in clinical practice.Professor XIONG thinks that infantile anorexia is an overall disorder centered on the spleen and stomach,and the key to the pathogenesis is that the spleen and stomach are out of harmony and the orifices are not working.Pathogenic factors are mainly dampness.Aromatic products can both awaken the spleen and resolve dampness,and at the same time relieve qi and open the orifices,which fits the pathological mechanism of infantile anorexia,so the'aromatic awakening the spleen and opening the orifices'method is often used to treat infantile anorexia.The article explains the treatment idea.
