Correlation between'lung deficiency and collateral blood stasis'and'abnormal mechanical stress'in the pathogenesis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis
Guided by the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pathogenesis of'lung deficiency and collateral blood stasis',combined with modem clinical research, abnormal mechanical stress and'peripheral-central region centripetal progress of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)'in the pathological process of IPF were analyzed. It was considered that abnormal mechanical stress(mechanical tension, imbalance of mechanical homeostasis and continuously increasing mechanical stress)was an important pathological change of IPF.Abnormal mechanical stress and'lung deficiency and collateral blood stasis'have the same pathogenesis evolution pattern.Deeply explore the correlation between abnormal mechanical stress and TCM pathogenesis theory of IPF'lung deficiency and collateral blood stasis',comprehensively interpret the scientific connotation of'lung deficiency and collateral blood stasis',and further explain and regulate mechanical stress from the perspective of mechanics, which is expected to become a new treatment direction of IPF.
