基于"足厥阴肝经环阴器"理论探讨肝经与生殖器的特异性联系

摘要
十二经脉的体表与体表的联系是经络系统的核心理论,而经脉体表循行的重要意义在于揭示经脉体表与体表的联系规律.早在《黄帝内经》中就记载了足厥阴肝经、足以及生殖器之间有着特异性联系.文章以回溯古人探索经脉循行理论的可能过程为基础,根据"足厥阴肝经环阴器"相关理论,分别从中国古代哲学思想对肝经与生殖器联系的影响以及脑科学助力肝经与生殖器特异性联系的研究进展等方面来论述肝经与生殖器特异性联系的现实意义与临床价值,认为该理论对针灸临床治疗生殖系统的病证具有重要的指导意义.
Abstract
The relation between the body surface and the body surface of the twelve meridians is the core theory of the meridian system,and the important significance of the meridian body surface is to reveal the law of the relation between the meridians surface and the body surface.As early as in Huangdi Neijing recorded the foot Jueyin liver meridian,foot and genitals have a specific relationship.Based on the possible process of ancient people's exploration of the theory of meridian tracking,this paper discusses the practical significance and clinical value of the specific connection between liver meridian and genitals from the aspects of the influence of ancient Chinese philosophy on the connection between liver meridian and genitals and the progress of the research on the specific connection between liver meridian and genitals facilitated by brain science,according to the relevant theory of'foot Jueyin liver meridian circumferring yin organ'.It is considered that this theory has important guiding significance for the clinical treatment of reproductive system diseases.
