Reliability and validity evaluation of the Chinese medicine diagnostic scale for phlegm syndrome of coronary heart disease
Objective:To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese medicine diagnostic scale for phlegm syndrome of coronary heart disease, and to provide a basis for clinical application. Methods:The Chinese Medicine Diagnosis Scale for Phlegmatic Evidence of Coronary Heart Disease included 2 dimensions and 10 entries.A total of 248 patients with coronary heart disease phlegm syndrome were included in the multicenter clinical study, and the information of patients was collected by the Chinese Medicine Diagnosis Scale for Phlegmatic Evidence of Coronary Heart Disease. The reliability of the scale was tested by internal consistency test and retest reliability method, and the validity of the scale was tested by surface validity discriminative validity and structural validity. Results:The Cronbach α coefficient of the total scale of the Chinese Medicine Diagnosis Scale for Phlegmatic Evidence of Coronary Artery Disease was 0.659,the general symptom dimension was 0.635,and the tongue and pulse dimension was 0.537;the value of each entry of the scale and the dimension to which it belongs was 0.898~1.000;in the factor analysis, all factor loadings were greater than 0.5,except for the entry of'light tongue'.Conclusion:The Chinese Medicine Diagnostic Scale for Phlegmatic Evidence of Coronary Heart Disease has good reliability and validity, and has met the scale development standards and can be used for clinical diagnosis.
