冠心病痰浊证中医诊断量表信度效度评价

摘要
目的:检验冠心病痰浊证中医诊断量表的信度和效度,为临床应用提供依据.方法:《冠心病痰浊证中医诊断量表》共包括2个维度,10个条目.在多中心临床研究中,纳入合格研究对象248例,通过《冠心病痰浊证中医诊断量表》收集患者信息,以内部一致性检验、重测信度法检验量表信度,通过表面效度、区分效度、结构效度检验量表的效度.结果:《冠心病痰浊证中医诊断量表》总量表的克朗巴赫α系数为0.659,一般症状维度为0.635,舌脉维度为0.537;量表各条目及其所属维度条目的重测相关系数为0.898～1.000;因子分析中,除条目"舌质淡"外,其余因子载荷均＞0.5.结论:《冠心病痰浊证中医诊断量表》具有较好的信度、效度,达到了量表研制标准,具有较好的临床诊断价值.
Abstract
Objective:To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese medicine diagnostic scale for phlegm syndrome of coronary heart disease,and to provide a basis for clinical application.Methods:The Chinese Medicine Diagnosis Scale for Phlegmatic Evidence of Coronary Heart Disease included 2 dimensions and 10 entries.A total of 248 patients with coronary heart disease phlegm syndrome were included in the multicenter clinical study,and the information of patients was collected by the Chinese Medicine Diagnosis Scale for Phlegmatic Evidence of Coronary Heart Disease.The reliability of the scale was tested by internal consistency test and retest reliability method,and the validity of the scale was tested by surface validity discriminative validity and structural validity.Results:The Cronbach α coefficient of the total scale of the Chinese Medicine Diagnosis Scale for Phlegmatic Evidence of Coronary Artery Disease was 0.659,the general symptom dimension was 0.635,and the tongue and pulse dimension was 0.537;the value of each entry of the scale and the dimension to which it belongs was 0.898～1.000;in the factor analysis,all factor loadings were greater than 0.5,except for the entry of'light tongue'.Conclusion:The Chinese Medicine Diagnostic Scale for Phlegmatic Evidence of Coronary Heart Disease has good reliability and validity,and has met the scale development standards and can be used for clinical diagnosis.
