鼻后滴漏综合征近年来发病率不断上升,但西医疗效却不尽人意.国医大师洪广祥观察患者常有"形寒肢冷、鼻头清冷"之状,认为"肺系"诸器是病之所处,风寒侵袭是主要外因,气阳虚弱为根本内因,提出"温阳宣通"法作为治疗大法,选方录药多为辛温通宣之品,以此将温阳助气、固护本虚与宣肺通窍、清利鼻咽相结合,达到肺系并治的目的.同时,临床上常全程运用温法,配合穴位贴敷治疗这类外治法调护,共组一体化治疗方案.
In recent years,the incidence of postnasal drip syndrome(PNDs)has been steadily increasing,but the effectiveness of Western medicine has been less than satisfactory.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)master HONG Guangxiang has observed that patients often exhibit symptoms of'cold extremities and a cold nose tip',and he believes that the'lung system'is the focal point of the illness.External invasion by wind-cold is the primary external factor,while weakness in qi and yang deficiency is the fundamental internal cause.He has proposed the'warming yang and promoting circulation'method as the primary treatment approach,with a selection of herbal formulas predominantly containing ingredients that are pungent,warm,and circulation-promoting.This approach combines warming yang and benefiting qi,consolidating and protecting the underlying deficiencies,ventilating lung,unblocking stuffy orifice,and clearing nasal and throat discomfort to achieve the goal of'simultaneously treating the lung system'.Additionally,in clinical practice,warming therapies and acupoint applications are often used throughout the treatment process,complementing each other as part of an integrated treatment plan.
