WANG Shuchen's clinical experience in treating bronchiectasis colonized by Pseudomonas aeruginosa
The paper summarized the experience of professor WANG Shuchen in the treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa colonization and bronchiectasis.It is believed that the pathogenesis of bronchiectasis colonized by Pseudomonas aeruginosa is deficiency in root and excess in superficiality,and the occurrence and development process of the disease can be understood from the perspective of'disorder of the sanjiao and long-term restraint of toxins'in traditional Chinese medicine.It is proposed that'elimination of evils should be carried out in sequence throughout the process,and treatment of deficiency should be replenished'.Taking the spleen and kidney treatment principle,the method of cultivating earth to generate metal and the mutual generation of metal and water is used to consolidate the root and cultivate the essence,make good use of the two methods of'clearing'and'penetrating'to remove pathogens and toxins,and through the Tongli Sanjiao to help the pathogens go out,and at the same time the addition and subtraction of clinical syndromes can help patients with patina colonization bronchiectasis to smooth air circulation,warm water and fluid,and balance yin and yang,reduce the number of acute exacerbations in patients with patina colonization bronchiectasis each year,and improve the quality of life.
