中药联合腔内理疗治疗薄型子宫内膜经验撷菁

摘要
子宫内膜过薄可导致子宫内膜容受性下降,胚胎反复种植失败,目前已成为临床一大棘手问题.连方教授以"肾主生殖"为理论指导,认为薄型子宫内膜的病位在胞宫,肾虚精亏为基本病机,肝郁脾虚、胞脉血瘀为其主要兼证.连教授辨证论治时,注重分期论治,通过对肾阴、肾阳的调控,使机体达到阴平阳秘的稳定状态,同时根据患者临床症状随证加减.此外,在局部配合使用腔内理疗,改善宫腔环境,提高子宫内膜容受性,获得了较好的临床疗效.
Abstract
Thin endometrium can lead to decreased endometrial receptivity and repeated implantation failure of embryos,which has become a major clinical problem.Professor LIAN Fang,guided by the theory of'kidney dominates reproduction',believes that the disease location of thin endometrium is in the uterus,kidney deficiency and essence deficiency are the basic pathogenesis,and stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency,cell vein blood stasis are its main concurrent syndromes.Professor LIAN Fang attaches importance to staging treatment in syndrome differentiation and treatment,through the regulation of kidney yin and kidney yang,so that the body reaches the stable state of yin and yang secret,and at the same time according to the clinical symptoms of patients with the disease addition and subtraction.In addition,intracavitary physiotherapy is used locally to regulate the blood flow velocity in utero and the nutritional status of local tissues,improve the uterinc cavity environment,improve endometrial receptivity,and obtain better clinical efficacy.
