"从浊论积"辨治恶性肿瘤学术思想

摘要
贾英杰教授对恶性肿瘤的中医病机理论有独到见解,其认同"肿瘤是一种代谢性疾病"及"中医从浊论治代谢性疾病"的理念,加之临证发现癌瘤患者多呈"气涩血浊"之象,融汇中西,参以己意,故立"从浊论积"之新说,继承前人诸论,并总结性提出"癌浊"病机新概念.文章从"从浊论积"理论提出的背景、癌浊概念、致病特点、诊断要点及治疗要点等方面进行阐发,指出癌浊具有伏藏性、恶耗性、胶结性、流注性,治疗上重视"截断来路,给浊出路"之思想,并在其指导下形成了黜浊五法:芳香化浊、解毒清浊、化瘀散浊、通腑泄浊、淡渗利浊.
Abstract
Professor JIA Yingjie has developed unique insights into traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pathogenesis theory of malignant tumors.Professor JIA agrees with the view that'cancer is a metabolic disease'and'TCM treats metabolic diseases from turbidity'.In addition,it is clinically found that cancer patients are mostly characterized by'qi astringent and blood turbidity'.The new concept of'from turbidity to accumulation'is formed by combining Chinese and Western ideas.And he developed a new pathogenesis theory of'turbidity of cancer'based on inheriting previous experience.In this paper,we will discuss the background,concept,pathogenic characteristics,key points of diagnosis and treatment of cancer turbidity.There are four characteristics of cancer turbidity:accumulation,ementation,bad consumption and fluidization.We attach importance to the idea of'cutting off the coming way and giving the turbidity way out'.Under its guidance,we have formed the five methods of eliminating turbidity:aromatic medicinals to remove turbidity,resolving toxins to clear turbidity,dissolving stasis to dissipate turbidity,dredging the bowels to discharge turbidity,and bland medicinals to percolate and drain turbidity.
