沈舒文教授依据胃"以润为降"的生理特性对食管癌咽食困难的治疗提出"润则食下",对不同证候状态采用开气润降、破结润降、润降通络等润降治法,以润降为核心中轴,辗转变化于开痰气、散毒结、通络瘀、补正虚之间.文章探讨沈舒文教授治疗食管癌咽食困难的临床经验,并各附病案一则,以供同道探讨.
SHEN Shuwen's experience in treating eating difficulties caused by esophageal cancer by'moistening the stomach to descending food'
According to the physiological characteristics of the stomach,'moisturizing the stomach to descending food'for the treatment of eating difficulties caused by esophageal cancer,professor SHEN Shuwen proposed that'moisturizing the stomach can make the food enter the stomach smoothly'.For different syndrome states,the methods of opening qi and moistening,breaking knots and moistening,and moistening and unblocking collaterals are used.The treatment takes moistening and descending as the core axis,and it alternates between relieving phlegm,dispersing toxins,removing collaterals and blood stasis,and tonifying deficiency.The papaer explored the clinical experience of professor SHEN Shuwen in treating eating difficulties caused by esophageal cancer,and a medical record in each diseases was accompanied,for discussion.
