摘要
殷克敬教授根据《黄帝内经》理论以及多年临床经验总结构建"调神气,通三焦"辨治郁证的理论要素,通过对"传统三焦"的原理与现代人体解剖学的理论梳理及再解读,提出"调神气,通三焦"治疗郁证的辨治方法,以神机气血为经,"守神调气";以脏腑三焦为纬,"平衡脏腑".文章从"调神气,通三焦"探讨殷克敬教授针药并用治疗郁证的临证经验,并举验案一则,以飨同道.
Abstract
Professor YIN Kejing,based on the theory of Huangdi Neijing and years of clinical experience,has constructed the theoretical elements of'regulating qi and regulating sanjiao'for the differentiation and treatment of depression syndrome.Through sorting out and reinterpreting the principles of'traditional sanjiao'and modern human anatomy,he proposes the differentiation and treatment method of'regulating qi and regulating sanjiao'for the treatment of depression syndrome,which takes the qi and blood of the divine mechanism as the meridian and'guarding the spirit and regulating qi';Using the zangfu and sanjiao as the meridian,'balancing the zangfu'.The article explored professor YIN Kejing's clinical experience in the treatment of depression syndrome through the combining acupuncture and medicine,from the perspective of'regulating qi and activating sanjiao',and provides a case study to illustrate the same point.
