基于多维组学技术的舌象临床机制研究进展

望舌是中医舌诊的重要组成部分之一,舌象反映着机体生理病理状态,是病证动态变化的窗口.运用多维组学技术开展临床病证结合的舌象生物学基础研究具有重要意义.文章从舌苔的基因、蛋白、生化代谢、微生物组学等方面,对近年疾病的舌诊临床机制研究进行了梳理分析,以期推动舌象形成机制的全面深入研究,并为中医舌诊客观化的临床机制研究提出了展望.
Research progress on clinical mechanism of tongue diagnosis based on multidimensional omics technology
Looking at the tongue is one of the important components of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Tongue images reflect the physiological and pathological state of the body and are a window for the dynamic changes of disease and syndrome.It is of great significance to use multidimensional omics technology to carry out basic research on tongue biology based on the combination of clinical disease and syndrome.From the aspects of genes,proteins,biochemical metabolism,and microbiome of tongue coating,this paper analyzed the clinical mechanism of tongue diagnosis in the past years,in order to promote the comprehensive and in-depth research on the formation mechanism of tongue image,and to objectify the tongue diagnosis of TCM,and to prospect for the study of the clinical mechanism.
