中医肾脑相关疗法乃临床常用疗法.由于许多学者表示肾虚是导致围绝经期抑郁症(PDD)一系列证型的开端,并特别重视妇女围绝经期(中医称"天癸竭"),认为此为诱发抑郁的关键.脑又为元神之府,性秉清灵,赖以肾中精气不断化生为髓才得以维持并驱使一系列精神思维活动.故临床治则治法中除责之肾虚和心肝脾不交外,还不忘荣脑益脑.采用补肾精肾气、调神调脑等肾脑相关的中药或针刺治疗,临床显示颇有良效.但现代生物学意义至今尚不明朗,导致肾脑相关疗法的再开发潜力被受限制.文章概括与简析了近年肾脑相关疗法对PDD的现代作用机制,旨在为拓宽"天癸"相关疾病防治研究提供一定思路,以及对中医药防治PDD提供一定理论价值.
Overview of the mechanism of kidney-brain-related therapy on perimenopausal depression disorder
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)kidney-brain-related therapy is a common therapy.Since many scholars said that kidney deficiency is the beginning of a series of syndromes of perimenopausal depression disorder(PDD),and pay attention to women perimenopause(called'Tiangui exhaustion'in TCM),which is regarded as the key to induce depression.The brain is the home of the primordial spirit,and its nature is clear and spiritual.It is only through the continuous transformation and regeneration of the essence and qi in the kidney that it can maintain and drive a series of spiritual thinking activities.Therefore,in addition to the kidney deficiency and the heart,liver,and spleen dissociation,the treatment method also does not forget to nourish the brain.The treatment of kidney-brain-related Chinese herbal medicine or acupuncture such as kidney-tonifying essence and brain adjustment is quite effective,but the modern biological significance of the kidney treatment is still unclear,leading to the redevelopment potential of kidney-brain-related therapies being limited.So,this paper provided an overview and a brief analysis of the modern mechanism of action of kidney-brain-related therapy on PDD in recent years,aiming to provide a certain idea for broadening the research on the prevention and treatment of'Tiangui'related diseases,and to provide a certain theoretical value for the prevention and treatment of PDD with TCM.
