抑郁症是一种以持续性情绪低落为主要表现的精神类疾病,其发病率不断增长.神经胶质细胞通过多种机制参与抑郁症的病理变化.逍遥散是治疗轻、中度抑郁症的常用方剂,研究表明逍遥散能够通过作用于神经胶质细胞发挥抗抑郁的作用.文章就抑郁症和神经胶质细胞之间的内在联系展开阐述,总结神经胶质细胞在抑郁症发病的作用机制及逍遥散干预机制的研究进展.
Research progress on mechanism of glial cells interaction in pathogenesis of depression and Xiaoyao Powder intervention
Depression is a kind of mental disease characterized by persistent mood drop with its increasing incidence.Glial cells are involved in the pathological changes of depression through various mechanisms.Xiaoyao Powder is a common prescription for the treatment of mild and moderate depression.Studies have shown that Xiaoyao powder can play an antidepressant role by acting on glial cells.In this paper,the intrinsic relationship between depression and glial cells was expounded,and the research progress of glial cells in the pathogenesis of depression and the intervention mechanism of Xiaoyao Powder was summarized.
